Ahmad Tantash, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Jordinvest, leads the firm’s strategic direction and overseas operations throughout the region. Ahmad has nearly three decades of leadership experience throughout various sectors.

Ahmad serves as Vice Chairman and Head of the Executive Committee at First Education Holding, a regional investment company specializing in private education, and as Vice Chair of Jordan National Shipping Lines, a market leader in Jordan’s shipping sector. His career includes board appointments in insurance, commercial banking, manufacturing, technology, and food retail.

Ahmad was a founding member of several prominent NGOs in Jordan, including Int@j (the Information Technology Association of Jordan) and the American Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Chairman of the Board for two years. He also serves on the Board of Jordan Motor Sports.

Amer M. Al-Bashir is an architect and business leader with over 35 years of experience in engineering consultancy, real estate development, and public service. He is the Co-Founder and President of Panorama Engineering Consultancy, delivering major projects across Jordan and the region. Previously, he served as Deputy Mayor of Amman and as a Member of the Jordanian Parliament, where he chaired the Transport and Public Services Committee and advanced reforms in urban planning and public transport. Amer serves on the boards of several universities and is a long-standing member of the Jordan Engineers Association. Amer currently serves on the board as Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committees, Vice Chair of the Risk Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee.

Dina M. Shoman is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and board member with extensive experience across international banking, investing, and social impact. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Head of Branding at Arab Bank, where she led global brand strategy, communications, and sustainability initiatives. Dina has also served on the boards of Arab Bank subsidiaries in Switzerland and Australia, as well as NGOs such as the Jordan River Foundation and INJAZ. Dina currently serves on the board as Chair of the Audit Committee, Vice Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Investment Committee.

Mazen H. Tantash is a businessman and board member with experience in pharmaceuticals, transportation, financial services, and investments. He is Chairman of several companies in Jordan. Beyond his corporate roles, he has contributed to nonprofit and academic organizations such as Generations for Peace and the University of Jordan’s Faculty of Pharmacy.

Moutaz H. Al-Alami is an experienced leader in the financial services sector with over three decades of expertise in founding and managing exchange companies in Jordan. He established and managed multiple exchange companies in Jordan. Moutaz currently serves on the board as Chair of the Risk Committee, Vice Chair of the Investment Committee, and Vice Chair of the Governance Committee.

Kholoud S. Ghenemat is an expert in social insurance, communications, and public relations with over 25 years of experience in institutional leadership. She has held senior roles at the Social Security Corporation, including Director of Media and Communications and Social Insurance Advisor to the Director General, and previously served at the Economic and Social Council. Kholoud is also active in civic and professional organizations, contributing to national strategies and social protection programs. She currently serves on the board as Vice Chair of the Audit Committee, Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Member of the Governance Committee.
