Arab Bank was under litigation in New York, USA. In 2014, a jury verdict found Arab Bank guilty. Over a week ago, the second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has overturn this decision in favour of Arab Bank. Because Arab Bank has set aside a substantial provision for this case, and now that the case has finished, we believe the stock price will increase.
